درجة امتلاك معلمات العلوم لمهارات تصميم البرامج الإلكترونية فــي المــرحلــة الثــانــويــة بمــدينــة الطــائــفThe degree to which science teachers possess the skills of designing electronic programs at the secondary stage in Taif city

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد مهارات تصميم البرامج الإلكترونية اللازم توفرها لدى معلمات العلوم في المرحلة الثانوية، والكشف عن درجة امتلاكهنّ لتلك للمهارات في مدينة الطائف، ومعرفة الفروق بين متوسطات استجابات معلمات العلوم في المرحلة الثانوية حول درجة امتلاكهنّ لمهارات تصميم البرامج الإلكترونية تبعاً لمتغيرات: (المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة في التدريس، وعدد الدورات التدريبية في مجال تصميم البرامج الإلكترونية)، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ من خلال بناء استبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة من معلمات العلوم في المرحلة الثانوية، اختيرت عشوائياً من مدارس مدينة الطائف الحكومية، بلغ حجمها (166) معلمة.
وقد أظهرت النتائج إن درجة امتلاك معلمات العلوم لمهارات تصميم البرامج الإلكترونية في المجالات الخمسة: (التحليل، والتصميم، والتطوير، والتنفيذ، والتقويم) تراوحت بين عالية وعالية جداً، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات معلمات العلوم حول مهارات تصميم البرامج الإلكترونية تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة في التدريس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات معلمات العلوم حول مهارات تصميم البرامج الإلكترونية تُعزى لمتغير عدد الدورات التدريبية في مجال تصميم البرامج الإلكترونية.
وبناءً على نتائج البحث تم التوصل إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات منها الاستفادة من قائمة مهارات تصميم البرامج الإلكترونية في رصد الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمات العلوم والعمل على تضمينها في برامج التدريب على البرامج الإلكترونية.
The current study aimed to determine the electronic program design skills that female science teachers must have in the secondary stage, to explore the degree to which they possess these skills in the city of Taif, and to examine the differences between the responses of secondary stage female science teachers regarding the degree of their possession of electronic program design skills according to these variables: qualification, years of teaching experience, and number of training courses in the field of electronic program design. To achieve these objectives, the descriptive survey method was employed. A questionnaire was designed and applied to a sample of (166) science female teachers at the secondary level, which were randomly selected from the government schools in Taif.
The results revealed that the degree of science female teachers’ possession of electronic program design skills in the five areas: (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) was high to very high. The results also showed no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of science female teachers’ responses about electronic program design skills due to qualification and years of teaching experience. In addition, the results showed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of  science female teachers about electronic program design skills due to number of training courses in the field of electronic program design.
Based on the results of the study, a number of recommendations and suggestions were set, including making use of the list of electronic program design skills in determining the training needs of science female teachers and working to include them in the electronic training programs.
