مقيــــاس اضطــــراب الشخصيــــة الحــــديــــــــة The Borderline Personality Disorder Scale

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكو مترية لمقياس اضطراب الشخصية الحدية بأبعادها التسعة وهي جهود ثائرة لتجنب الهجر الحقيقي أو الخيالي، نموذج غير مستقر من العلاقات الشخصية التي تتميز بالتعاقب بين التطرف في المثالية وعدم الاستقرار، اضطراب الهوية التي تتميز بشكل غير مستقر لصورة الذات والإحساس بها، الاندفاعية في مجالين على الأقل من المجالات التي تحمل إمكانية إلحاق الأذى بالذات، سلوك انتحاري متكرر أو إيماءات أو تهديدات أو تشويه الذات، عدم الاستقرار الوجداني، مشاعر مزمنة من الملل والخواء، الغضب الشديد غير المناسب أو صعوبة في التحكم في الغضب، أفكار عابرة معاودة مرتبطة بالضغوط (بارانويا) أو أعراض فصامية خطيرة عابرة أيضا. وتم استخدام مقياس اضطراب الشخصية الحدية (إعداد الباحثات)، كما طبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (137) من فئة الراشدين تراوحت أعمارهم بين (17إلى 64) سنة، وقد تم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة. حيث تم التحقق من صدق المحكمين، وتراوحت معاملات الارتباط بصدق الاتساق الداخلي بين (0.47إلى 0.88). وثبات ألفا كرونباخ بلغت قيمته (0.96)، كما أن معامل ثبات التجزئة النصفية بلغت قيمته (0.92) مما يدل على ثبات مرتفع.
وقد تم استخدام التحليل الاحصائي باستخدام برنامج SPSS لاجراء صدق الاتساق الداخلي وثبات المقياس.
Current study aimed to examine the psychometrics Properties for the Borderline Personality Disorder scale with its nine dimensions which are: A frantic effort to avoid real or imagined abandonment, A pattern of unstable and intense interpersonal relationships, Identity disturbance marked and persistently unstable self-image or sense of self, Impulsivity in at least two areas that are potentially self-damaging, Recurrent suicidal behavior, gesture, or threats, or self-mutilating behavior, Affective instability due to a marked reactivity of mood, Chronic feelings of emptiness, Inappropriate, intense anger or difficulty controlling anger and Transient, stress-related paranoid ideation or severe dissociative symptoms. The borderline personality disorder scale was prepared by the researchers, and the study was applied to a sample of (137) adults whose ages ranged from (17 to 64) years. The validity and reliability of the tool was verified. The validity of the arbitrators was verified, and the correlation coefficients with internal consistency validity ranged between (0.47 to 0.88). The Cronbach's alpha reliability was (0.96), and the split-half reliability coefficient was (0.92), which indicates high reliability.
Statistical analysis was used using SPSS to establish internal consistency and reliability of the scale.
