تقييم الخدمات المجتمعية التي تقدمها عمادة خدمة المجتمع والتعليم المستمر في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بدولة الكويت Evaluation of Community Services and Continuing Education provided by the Deanship of Community Service at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in Kuwait

تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم الخدمات المجتمعية التي تقدمها عمادة خدمة المجتمع في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بالكويت، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفى لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، اجريت اجراءات البحث بكليات الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بدولة الكويت، اشتملت عينة البحث على (978) من الافراد المستفيدين بشكل مباشر من الخدمات التي تقدمها الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب، أجريت الدراسة الاستطلاعية على (65) فرد بنسبة (6.65%) من حجم العينة، في حين اجريت الدراسة الاساسية على (913) فرد بنسبة (93.4%) من حجم العينة، استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى ارتفاع الاستفادة من بعض خدمات عمادة شؤون خدمة المجتمع بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بدولة الكويت، الإناث والمديرين والاعمال الحرة والعاملين بالتعليم العالى على (وزارة التربية، الاوقاف، الشؤون، الاشغال، وزارة الكهرباء) والفئة التى تخدم اكثر من 30 سنة على الفئات (أقل من 10 سنوات، من 10 الى 20 سنة، من 21 الى 30 سنة) الأكثر استفادة من الخدمات التي تقدمها عمادة شؤون خدمة المجتمع بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بدولة الكويت، لا توجد فروق بين الفنيين والاداريين وبين الكويتي والجنسيات الاخرى في درجة الاستفادة من الخدمات.
The study aims to evaluate the community services provided by the Deanship of Community Service at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in Kuwait. The descriptive approach was used to suit the nature of the study. Research procedures were conducted at the colleges of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait. The research sample included (978) individuals who benefited significantly. Directly from the services provided by the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, the exploratory study was conducted on (65) individuals, representing (6.65%) of the sample size, while the basic study was conducted on (913) individuals, representing (93.4%) of the sample size. The researcher used the questionnaire. As a tool for collecting data, the results of the study showed an increase in the use of some of the services of the Deanship of Community Service Affairs at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait, among females, managers, freelancers, and workers in higher education (Ministry of Education, Endowments, Affairs, Works, Ministry of Electricity) and The category that serves more than 30 years over the categories (less than 10 years, from 10 to 20 years, from 21 to 30 years) that benefit most from the services provided by the Deanship of Community Service Affairs at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait. There are no differences between technicians and administrators, and between Kuwaitis and other nationalities in the degree of benefit from services.
