في ظل تحديات القرن الحادي والعشرين ومع التغيرات التي تحدث على الساحة المحلية والعالمية، فهُناك ضرورة للاهتمام بتطوير العملية التعليمية، حيث لا يقتصر التدريس على التوجيه والإرشاد فقط ولكن اكتشاف المواهب الفنية المختلفة ومحاولة تنميتها بما يتفق وضمان جودة الإعداد التي تعتبر من الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة
هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير أدوار مُدرسي الغناء العربي بالمعهد العالي للفنون الموسيقية بدولة الكويت في ضوء تحديات العصر ومتغيراته، وضع تصور مُقترح لتطوير أدوار مُدرسي الغناء العربي بالمعهد العالي للفنون الموسيقية بدولة الكويت في ضوء تحديات العصر ومتغيراته، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي على عينة قصدية اقتصرت على موشح "ملا الكاسات" لمحمد عثمان بمُقرر الغناء العربي للفرقة الثانية.
تناول الباحث بالإطار النظري المعهد العالي للفنون الموسيقية من حيث النشأة، أهداف المعهد، الدراسة الأكاديمية بالمعهد، المناهج الدراسية، فعاليات المعهد، كما تناول توظيف مُستحدثات العصر الحديثة في التدريس، برنامج سيبيليوس Sibelius ، وبالإطار التطبيقي تناول كيفية الاستفادة من برنامج "سيبيليوس" في تدريس الغناء العربي.
أسفرت نتائج البحث أنه ومن خلال البرنامج يستطيع الطالب الدارس الاستماع إلى العمل أثناء مُشاهدة مؤشر النغمات على البرنامج، يُمكن التحكم في السُرعة أثناء التدريب، مما يُتيح للطالب التدرج في السُرعة حتى الوصول إلى الزمن المطلوب للعمل، يستطيع الطالب الذهاب إلى أي جزء من العمل للاستذكار والتدريب من خلال مؤشر الموازير في لوحة التشغيل، يُمكن تشغيل ضابط الإيقاع Metronome أثناء التدريب، يُمكن التدريب على المقطوعة مع الإيقاع من خلال المُدرس باستخدام البرنامج من قائمة Instruments and staves وإضافة الإيقاع percussion  وبالتالي يستطيع المُدرس تدوين الإيقاع المطلوب.
With the challenges of the twenty-first century and with the changes occurring on the local and global scene, there is a need to pay attention to developing the educational process, where teaching is not limited to guidance and counseling only, but rather discovering different artistic talents and trying to develop them in a manner consistent with ensuring the quality of preparation, which is considered one of the contemporary global trends.
Study aimed to develop the roles of teachers of Arabic singing at the Higher Institute of Musical Arts in the State of Kuwait in light of the challenges of the era and its changes. It developed a proposed vision for developing the roles of teachers of Arabic singing at the Higher Institute of Musical Arts in the State of Kuwait in light of the challenges of the era and its variables. The researcher used the descriptive approach on a purposive sample that was limited to a song. “Fill the Cups” by Muhammad Othman, in the Arabic singing syllabus for the second group.
The researcher dealt with the theoretical framework of the Higher Institute of Musical Arts in terms of its establishment, the goals of the institute, the academic study at the institute, the curricula, the activities of the institute. He also dealt with the use of modern innovations in teaching, the Sibelius program, and with the applied framework he dealt with how to benefit from the “Sibelius” program in teaching. Arabic singing.
Research resulted that, through the program, the student can listen to the work while watching the tone indicator on the program. The speed can be controlled during training, which allows the student to increase the speed until reaching the time required for the work. The student can go to any part of the work to study and practice. Through the instrument indicator on the operation panel, the Metronome can be operated during training. The piece can be practiced with rhythm through the teacher using the program from the Instruments and staves menu and adding percussion, thus the teacher can write down the desired rhythm.
