أهمية حصول مُعلمي الطلبة ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد على رخصة ممارسة تحليل السلوك التطبيقي في المملكة العربية السعودية: مراجعة أدبية The importance of teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder obtaining a license to practice applied behavior analysis in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: a literature review

نظرًا لكثرة الدراسات مُؤخرًا التي تناولت تحديد معرفة وتطبيق المُعلمين لاستراتيجيات تحليل السلوك التطبيقي مع الطلبة ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، والتي اهتمت أيضًا بتحديد أبرز التحديات التي تواجه تطبيقهم لها، كان هُناك اختلاف في وجهات النظر أدبيًّا وميدانيًّا، ومن هذا المنظور استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تحديد مدى أهمية حصول مُعلمي طلبة ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد على رخص الاعتماد في مجال تحليل السلوك التطبيقي، وقد تم استخدام منهج المراجعة الأدبية من خلال استعراض الدراسات التي تم تطبيقها على عينة مُعلمي ومُعلمات الطلبة ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد بالمملكة العربية السعودية؛ وذلك من عام (2015 –2022) بالاعتماد على استعراض نتائج جميع الدراسات التي تستوفي هذه المعايير، وكان من أبرز ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج وجود أهمية كبيرة في حصول المُعلمين على رخصة الممارسة؛ نتيجة للضعف والقصور الذي كان في معرفتهم، وكفاءتهم بالاستراتيجيات، وأيضًا توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى الدور الكامن في عملية التدريب والتطوير، وحصول المُعلمين على ملاحظات، وإشراف مستمر؛ مما يؤكد لنا أهمية حصولهم على الرخصة التي تُغطي جميع جوانب الضعف السابقة.
Due to the large number of studies recently that dealt with determining teachers’ knowledge and application of applied behavior analysis strategies with students with autism spectrum disorder, which also focused on identifying the most important challenges facing their application, there was a difference in literary and field viewpoints, and from this perspective the current study aimed to determine the importance of Teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder obtained accreditation licenses in the field of applied behavior analysis. The literature review approach was used by reviewing the studies that were applied to a sample of teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is from the year (2015-2022), based on reviewing the results of all studies that meet these criteria. One of the most prominent findings of the research was that there is a great importance in teachers obtaining a license to practice; As a result of the weakness and shortcomings that were in their knowledge and competence with the strategies, and also the results of the study reached the inherent role in the training and development process, and the teachers’ access to notes and continuous supervision; Which confirms to us the importance of obtaining a license that covers all previous weaknesses.
