هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف إلى دور المكتبات الرقمية في تعزيز التعليم المفتوح في التعليم العالي، وإلى التعرف على واقع دور المكتبات الرقمية في تعزيز التعليم المفتوح في التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا، وإلى التعرف على الأساليب المكتبات الرقمية التي تعزز التعليم المفتوح في التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا، وإلى بيان المعوقات التي تواجه المكتبات الرقمية في تعزيزها للتعليم المفتوح من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات، واستخدمت الدراسة منهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من طلبة الدراسات العليا من جامعة الملك سعود، وبلغ عدد العينة (362)، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أنه إلى حد ما يوجد دور للمكتبات الرقمية في تعزيز التعليم المفتوح، وهناك موافقة على أساليب المكتبات الرقمية في تعزيز التعليم المفتوح، وهناك موافقة على صعوبات المكتبات الرقمية في تعزيز التعليم المفتوح.
The study aimed to identify the role of digital libraries in promoting open education in higher education and to identify the realities of the role of digital libraries in promoting open education in higher education from the perspective of postgraduate students, and to learn about the methods of digital libraries that promote open education in higher education from the perspective of postgraduate students and to describe the obstacles faced by digital libraries in promoting open education from the perspective of study students, The study used the descriptive survey method, the study sample consisted of graduate students from King Saud University, and the number of the sample reached (362), the findings found that, to some extent, digital libraries have a role to play in promoting open education, digital library methods have been approved in promoting open education, and the difficulties of digital libraries in promoting open education have been approved.
