فَاعِلِيَّةُ بَرْنَامَجِ تَدْرِيبِيِّ قَائِمِ عَلَى التَّعَلُّمِ الْمَقْلُوبِ فِي تَنْمِيَةِ الْمُمَارَسَاتِ التَّقْويمِيَّةِ لَدَى مُعَلِّمِي الرِّيَاضِيَّاتِ لِلْمَرْحَلَةِ الثَّانَوِيَّةِ The Effectiveness of a Training Program Based on Flipped Learning in the Development of Evaluation Practices Among Secondary School

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى فَاعِلِيَّةُ بَرْنَامَجِ قَائِمِ عَلَى التَّعَلُّمِ الْمَقْلُوبِ فِي تَنْمِيَةِ الْمُمَارَسَاتِ التَّقْويمِيَّةِ لَدَى مُعَلِّمِي الرِّيَاضِيَّاتِ لِلْمَرْحَلَةِ الثَّانَوِيَّةِ, ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي بتصميمه شبة التجريبي وبلغ حجم عينة الدراسة (33) معلما من مُعَلِّمِي الرِّيَاضِيَّاتِ لِلْمَرْحَلَةِ الثَّانَوِيَّةِ بمنطقة القصيم، واستخدمت الدراسة اداة بطاقة الملاحظة والتي تم تطبيقها قبليا - بعديا، كما تم تطبيقها تتبعيا بعد مرور 4 اسابع كما تم إعداد بَرْنَامَجِ تَدْرِيبِيِّ قَائِمِ عَلَى التَّعَلُّمِ الْمَقْلُوبِ في بيئة التعلم الالكتروني، ودليل للبرنامج التدريبي, ومن أبرز نتائج الدراسة: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ثقة (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية من المعلمين على محوري بطاقة الملاحظة والدرجة الكلية لها في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على بطاقة ملاحظة الْمُمَارَسَاتِ التَّقْويمِيَّةِ لصالح التطبيق البعدي علي محوري البطاقة والدرجة الكلية لبطاقة الملاحظة، والذي يظهر في أن متوسطات درجات المحور الأول (60.70) والمحور الثاني (108.67) والدرجة الكلية (169.39) في التطبيق البعدي أكبر من متوسطات درجات المحور الأول (19.39) والمحور الثاني (33.39) والدرجة الكلية (52.79) على التوالي في التطبيق القبلي. وكان حجم التأثير كبير حيث كانت قيم مربع إيتا على محور بطاقة الملاحظة والدرجة الكلية أكبر من (0.14)؛ مما يشير إلى وجود فروق في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على بطاقة ملاحظة الممارسات التقييمية لَدَى المعلمين لصالح التطبيق البعدي، مما يؤكد فعالية البرنامج التدريبي القَائِمِ عَلَى التَّعَلُّمِ الْمَقْلُوبِ في تنمية الْمُمَارَسَاتِ التَّقْويمِيَّةِ لَدَى مُعَلِّمِي الرِّيَاضِيَّاتِ بالمرحلة الثانوية. كما اتت نتائج التطبيق التتبعي لتؤكد عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية من المعلمين على محوري بطاقة الملاحظة والدرجة الكلية لها في التطبيقين البعدي والتتبعي على بطاقة ملاحظة الْمُمَارَسَاتِ التَّقْويمِيَّةِ؛ مما يشير إلى استمرارية فعالية وأثر البرنامج التدريبي القَائِمِ عَلَى التَّعَلُّمِ الْمَقْلُوبِ في تنمية الْمُمَارَسَاتِ التَّقْويمِيَّةِ لَدَى مُعَلِّمِي الرِّيَاضِيَّاتِ بالمرحلة الثانوية بعد تطبيق البرنامج بفترة زمنية قدرها أربعة أسابيع. ومن خلال النتائج السابقة تتأكد فَاعِلِيَّةُ البرنامج التدريبي لقَائِمِ عَلَى التَّعَلُّمِ الْمَقْلُوبِ في تنمية الْمُمَارَسَاتِ التَّقْويمِيَّةِ لَدَى مُعَلِّمِي الرِّيَاضِيَّاتِ بالمرحلة الثانوية، وكذلك استمرارية النتائج الإيجابية
The current study aimed at the effectiveness of an inverted learning program in the development of calendar practices in mathematics teachers for the secondary level, and to achieve this the study used the experimental curriculum with a semi-experimental design and reached the size of the sample of study (33) teachers of mathematics for the secondary school in Qassim region, The study used the observation card tool, which was applied before - after, and was applied tracking after the passage of 4 sevenths and a training program based on inverted learning was prepared in the e-learning environment, a guide to the training program, and the most prominent results of the study: the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of confidence (0.01) between the average grades of members of the experimental group of teachers on the axes of the observation card and its overall score in the tribal and remote applications On the calendar practice note card in favor of the remote application on the card axes and the overall score of the note card, which shows that the averages of the grades of the first axis (60.70), the second axis (108.67) and the overall score (108.67) and the total score (108.67) 169.39) in remote application is greater than average grades of the first axis (19.39), the second axis (33.39) and the total score (52.79) respectively in tribal application. The impact was significant, with ETA box values on the note card axis and total score greater than (0.14); This indicates differences in the tribal and remote applications on the teacher evaluation practice note card in favour of remote application, which confirms the effectiveness of the inverted learning training program in the development of calendar practices among high school math teachers. The results of the follow-up application confirm that there are no statistically significant differences between the average grades of the members of the experimental group of teachers on the observation card axes and the overall score in the remote and tracking applications on the calendar practice note card, indicating the continuity of the effectiveness and impact of the training program based on inverted learning. In the development of calendar practices among high school mathematics teachers four weeks after the application of the program. Through previous results, the effectiveness of the inverted learning training program in the development of calendar practices among high school mathematics teachers, as well as the continuity of positive results, are confirmed.
