دور إدارات التعليم العام في تطبيق الاتجاهات الحديثة لتطوير التعليم The role of education departments in applying modern trends in educational development

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور إدارات التعليم في تطبيق الاتجاهات الحديثة لتطوير التعليم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، فقد تم استخدام الإستبانة کأداة لجمع المعلومات، وقد تکونت الاستبانة بصورتها النهائية من (20) عبارة موزعة على أربع محاور: وهي (دور التخطيط، ودور التنظيم، ودور الرقابة) وقد تم استخراج معايير الصدق والثبات لاداة الدراسة حسب الأصول العلمية، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية والتي تکونت من (100) عامل في إدارات التعليم في منطقة جدة.
توصلت النتائج إلى أن المتوسط الحسابي لدور إدارات التعليم في تطبيق الاتجاهات الحديثة لتطوير التعليم في جميع المجالات جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، کما توصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع مجالات الدراسة تبعا لمتغير (الجنس، والعمر، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، والتخصص الأکاديمي)، کما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في جميع مجالات الدراسة تبعا لمتغير “التخصص الأکاديمي” في مجال “دور التخطيط”، و”دور التنظيم”، بينما کان هناک فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مجال " دور الرقابة" لصالح فئة "أدبي".
أوصت الدراسة على ضرورة تحديد العاملين في إدارات التعليم في منطقة جدة احتياجات المدرسة من الموارد البشرية (مشرفين/ معلمين/ موظفين)، وضرورة قيامهم بالتنسيق في تبادل المعلومات مع الجهات ذات الصلة.
The study aimed to identify the role of education departments in applying modern trends in educational development. To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information, it consisted of (20) paragraphs distributed on three variables: namely (the planning role, the organization role, the guidance role, and the supervision role), The researcher checked the validity and reliability of the study tool, the study sample was chosen randomly, which consisted of (100) employee in the education departments in Jeddah.
The results of the study showed that the arithmetic average of the role of education departments in implementing modern trends in the development of education in all fields was high, and the results also found that there are no statistically significant differences in all fields of study depending on the variable (gender, age, years of experience, academic qualification and academic specialization), the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in all fields of study depending on “academic specialization” variable in the fields of the “ the planning role”, “the organization role”, and “the guidance role”, while there were statistically significant differences in the field of "the supervision role" in favor of the "literary" category. The study recommended the need for employees in the education departments in Jeddah to identify the school's human resources needs (supervisors/ teachers/ employees), and the necessity for them to coordinate the exchange of information with the relevant authorities.
