حکــــم إخــــراج الــــزکــــاة قبــــل وقتهــــا - مع تطبيقات فقهية معاصرة - Research title: Ruling on paying Zakat before its time, with contemporary jurisprudential Applications

اشتمل البحث على مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، واشتمل التمهيد على تعريف الزکاة، وشروط وجوبها، أمّا المبحث الأول فتضمن مطلبين، أمّا المطلب الأول  ففي حکم إخراج زکاة المال قبل الحول، وقد تبّين للباحث في هذا المطلب أن الراجح هو ما ذهب إليه جمهور العلماء القائلون بجواز إخراج الزکاة قبل الحول، أمّا المطلب الثاني فذکر الباحث فيه تطبيقات فقيهة معاصرة على هذه المسألة، وأمّا المبحث الثاني فتضمن أيضا مطلبين، أمّا المطلب الأول ففي حکم إخراج زکاة الفطر قبل العيد، وقد تبّين للباحث في هذا المطلب أنّ الراجح هو جواز إخراج زکاة الفطر قبل العيد بيوم أو يومين، وأمّا المطلب الثاني فذکر الباحث فيه تطبيقات معاصرة على هذه المسألة، وأمّا الخاتمة فتضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصّل إليها الباحث خلال بحثه.
The research included an introduction, a preface, two issues, and a conclusion. The preface included the definition of zakat and the conditions of its obligation, the first issue included two requirements, the first requirement is the ruling on paying zakat money before( Al-hol) the end of year, and in this requirement it was clarify for the researcher that the most correct is what the majority of scholars agrees on, they say that it is permissible to pay zakat before the year has passed. As for the second requirement, the researcher mentioned contemporary jurisprudential applications on this issue. However the second research, also includes two requirements. The first requirement is the ruling on paying zakat al-Fitr before the Eid, and in this requirement it was clarify for the researcher that the most correct is that it's permissible to pay zakat al-Fitr one or two days before the Eid . As for the second requirement, the researcher mentioned contemporary applications on this issue, and as for the conclusion, it included the most important findings and recommendations that the researcher reached during his research.
